Returns and Exchanges
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. First all special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on total purchase price. The 20% restocking fee is NOT calculated on the deposit amount - but on the FULL purchase price of the item as spelled out on the customer sales invoice.
Returns: Under the following conditions, we have always accepted returns for merchandise purchased at our store or online if within 30 days. All returned items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, included instructions booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Returned items should be double boxed to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product and to insure the box is not too weak from the stress of reuse. Please do not write on, place stickers, or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. A processing fee of 20% will apply to merchandise returned for a refund that is test and found non defective. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we cannot offer any refund or reimbursement for shipping expenses. If you refuse your delivery, the carrier will charge us for shipping both ways, these expenses accrued on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. Packages damaged in transit must be reported with 3 days from the date of delivery.
